Disputes are often emotional for all involved, expensive and frequently end in resolutions that are not satisfactory. In my work, I am focusing on cost effective mediation and dispute resolution to effectively prevent lengthy, complex and expensive court proceedings in the first place.
Should a mediation not be successful or not attainable, I’ll be your defense team on the field and defend your rights at the district, county and Higher Regional Court as well as at the German Court of Arbitration for Sport in Cologne. You can appoint me as your arbitrator before this court. I am also available for Anti-Doping disputes (special panel).
